How to bypass windows 11 home screen setup and create local account.
Windows will display a “Let’s connect you to a network” or a similar screen in windows 11 home or pro. Click on do not have internet. This will allow you to name your pc. The upcoming Windows 11 version 22H2 does not allow you to skip this anymore to create a local account. On the screen, use Shift-F10 to open a command prompt window. Type OOBE\BYPASSNRO and hit the Enter-key. I find it best to plug in a key board for this function.
